Liveitwell™ is a six-week, nutritional plan that will equip you with the knowledge you need to make healthy food choices for the rest of your life. Put simply, you will learn how to eliminate fake foods laced with chemical additives and replace them with real, whole, healthy foods rich in natural nutrients. Making these changes will fuel your body while slimming it down, promoting health for your life. Liveitwell™ will teach you how to eat—and what to eat—on a regular basis throughout the day, thus helping you balance your mood and gain more energy. You’ll learn how fats, carbs, and proteins affect your body, and how to identify the good ones that promote weight loss, increased energy, and healthy skin, bones, and muscles. You’ll also learn about the bad ones, and why they make you feel heavy, bloated, tired, achy, and irritable. Most important, you will learn how to combine foods to gain optimum health and energy.

about sue jordan

founder and director of liveitwell™

Sue Jordan is a registered nurse with more than 28 years of experience in the health-care field. A wellness specialist, she is certified as a nutrition consultant and fitness trainer and is president of Professional Fitness Solutions (PFS), a company dedicated to helping its clients achieve health and well-being through nutrition and exercise.

She promotes health and wellness through individual client instruction and personalized group fitness, and conducts the six-week liveitwell™ program at PFS and on-site at corporations and businesses. In addition to creating the liveitwell™ program, she is the co-author, with Laura Meyer, of “Stress-Busting Fitness for the Nursing Professional: A Hands-On, Body-Working Seminar,” an accredited seven-hour continuing education course for the Ohio Nurses’ Association.

A passionate speaker and educator, she was invited by the spinal rehabilitation unit of Cleveland’s MetroHealth Hospital to conduct a training session for nurses on ways to prevent lower back injuries on the job. Part of the session’s focus was the use of nutrition to alleviate back pain and increase energy and stamina.

She was producer and host of “5 Star Personal Fitness Training,” a television program broadcast by Continental Cablevision. The series featured interviews with physicians, massage therapists, personal chefs, and others about various health-related topics; each program concluded with her demonstrations of fun and energizing exercise techniques.
